As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and managing the staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and ordering supplies Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or complaints Train and develop staff to uphold high standards of service and food quality Create schedules for employees and manage payroll Monitor and maintain budgetary goals and ensure profitability of the restaurant Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, performance, and any issues that arise Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee speakers preferred) Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving profitability goals Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation.
