Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant located in Lusail. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining profitability. You should have previous experience in the restaurant industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Oversee financial transactions and manage budgets
- Enforce food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
