Restaurant Manager

A busy restaurant in El-Ain is seeking a highly organized and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restaurant industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. English language proficiency is not required for this role, making it suitable for foreigners. Previous managerial experience is preferred but not required. This position does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budgets
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise staff on proper service techniques, menu items, and company policies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
