As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and customer service, and managing a team of employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, including accommodation and free visa and ticket. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, inventory, scheduling, and employee management. Ensure high-quality food and customer service standards are consistently met and maintained. Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures. Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
