We are in search of a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our location in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profits.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other employees
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Uphold high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation
Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage at all times
Requirements
Egyptian nationality preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Salary: 1500$ per month
