Restaurant Supervisor- Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy bakery and café environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences maintaining high service standards supervising front-of-house staff and supporting the efficient operation of the restaurant. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  
• Lead motivate and support restaurant staff to achieve operational and customer service excellence.
  
• Monitor staff performance attendance grooming and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  
• Ensure guests receive prompt friendly and professional service at all times.
  
• Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints effectively and professionally.
  
• Assist with staff scheduling training onboarding and performance management.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain adequate stock.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene health and safety regulations.
  
• Support the implementation of promotional activities sales initiatives and operational improvements.
  
• Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness throughout shifts.
  
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key updates to management.
  
• Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation standards across all dining and service areas.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Minimum 34 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant café bakery or hospitality environment.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting.
  
• Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required.
  
• Experience within premium bakery café or casual dining concepts is highly desirable.
