Revenue Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Revenue Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in dynamic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of U.S.-based properties. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData, PriceLabs , and other dynamic pricing platforms.
• Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to optimize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy , and overall revenue.
• Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform pricing and revenue decisions.
• Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
• Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potential.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and cross-functional teams to enhance property performance and alignment.
• Present clear, data-backed recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analytics, Pricing, or Data Analytics.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Experience with KeyData, PriceLabs , or equivalent dynamic pricing tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau , or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and revenue optimization.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
