To Supervise and support day to day operation and activities within the team, ensuring efficient servicedelivery. Compliance with company polices & procedures, achievement of team and organisationalobjectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
- Support the implementation of revenue protection strategies and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve fare compliance and reduce revenue loss.
- Assist management in developing operational plans and inspection methodologies.
Stakeholder / Customer
- Deliver excellent customer service while enforcing revenue protection regulations.
- Coordinate with Station Masters, OCC, Station Police and other stakeholders when required.
Operational
- Supervise and manage Ticket Inspectors during daily operations.
- Develop inspection plans and deploy staff effectively.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with revenue protection procedures, policies and by-laws.
- Responsible for monitoring revenue protection activities and enforcement outcomes.
- Responsible for maintaining fine databases, submitting operational reports and other requests as required by the management.
- Conduct incidents/complaints investigations, evidence gathering and reporting
- Immediately raise fault rectification requests and support ticket inspectors in simple troubleshootingdevice issues.
Capability / People
- Conduct training, coaching and competency assessments for Ticket Inspectors.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Promote a positive safety and customer-focused culture.
Min. QUALIFICATIONS
Min.
Required
Education
Ideally a degree holder or high diploma of post-secondaryeducation in a related discipline.
Bachelor’s degreeholderCertified in fineauthorization.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in Revenue Protection or PublicTransport Operations.
- Minimum 1-year supervisory and managementexperience.
- Experience in operational reporting and staffmanagement.
- Metro or Rail Operations experience.
- Strongknowledge andexperience ofMS Office,
advanced MS Excel.

- Good literacy and numeracy skills required for the role.
- Good IT and reporting skills.
- Leadership and communication skills.
