Work ExperienceEducation & Training:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland. Currently licensed as an FNE-A. Certification in BCLS is required. Additional certification and training as determined by department per job task list.Work Orientation & Experience
Orientation based on experience level and determined by unit.Skills & Abilities:
Ability to: a) convey effective verbal and written communications; b) utilize basic assessment and critical thinking skills; c) organize and manage time effectively setting appropriate priorities; d) make independent decisions consistent with current policies, procedures and nursing standards including the standards as outlined for the FNE; e) hours of availability to include on-call time to meet coverage needs including all shifts; f) effectively function as a member of a collaborative team; g) respond to sexual assault situations appropriately; h) adhere to standards of behavior and support the Culture of Excellence.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
