We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for Substation projects in UAE . Candidates must have a strong understanding of health safety and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.
Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer
Location: UAE(On Site)
Industry: Substation Projects
Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
Joining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
NEBOSH Certification Mandatory
5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles
Experience in Substation Projects(Above 220kv)
Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel
Develop implement and monitor HSE and welfare plans
Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) Work Method Statements (WMS) and risk assessments
Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies
Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
