China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Safety officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at construction sites involving secant piling, shoring works, micro tunneling, pumping stations and NDRC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer and Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering .
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and civil projects within the UAE.
- Proven experience with Dubai Municipality projects involving secant piling, shoring, micro tunneling, pumping stations, and NDRC works .
- Certified in NEBOSH IGC , IOSH Managing Safely , or equivalent recognized HSE certification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, DM standards, ISO 45001, and environmental management systems .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
