We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Officer in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below,

Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites. Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy and client safety standards. Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness programs. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Monitor permit-to-work and confined space activities. Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records. Coordinate emergency response and safety drills. Required Skills NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory international safety certification. HSE Compliance – Ensure adherence to project safety standards. Risk Assessment – Identify and mitigate workplace hazards. Incident Investigation – Analyze and report safety incidents. Oil & Gas Safety – Experience in LNG/EPC construction projects. Preferred Skills Qatar Energy project experience. LNG project exposure. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must have 5–8 years of relevant SHE/HSE experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, or large-scale EPC construction projects. Previous experience with Qatar Energy or Qatar Energy LNG projects will be an added advantage. Education Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Engineering, Science, or related discipline. Preferred: Relevant postgraduate qualification (if any).
