Role & responsibilities Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident reporting. Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE standards across container terminal operations and ensuring compliance with Qatar Energy HSE requirements. Ensure safe vessel operations, RTG movements, lifting activities, and cargo handling. Monitor hazardous cargo handling and safe working practices. Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy HSE requirements (CORP-HSE-STD-080). Promote HSE awareness and manage workforce safety compliance. Preferred candidate profile Recognized HSE qualification/Diploma meeting Qatar Energy requirements. NEBOSH certification mandatory. 5+ years experience in container terminal operations , including 3+ years in Safety/HSE. Knowledge of marine safety, lifting safety, hazardous cargo, and terminal operations. Good communication and workforce management skills. Fluent English is mandatory.
