Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Safety Officer to join their team in Ras Laffan. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment through the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Monitor lifting activities and ensure compliance with approved lifting plans and safe lifting practices.
- Ensure safe execution of work-at-height activities, including proper use of fall protection systems.
- Verify compliance with PTW, PPE, LOTO, and other applicable HSE requirements.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety violations and maintain relevant HSE documentation.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience.
- Experience in lifting activities and work at height.

- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
