Contributes to the Sales Administration job family in a support capacity. Provides a range of specialist administrative/professional services to a sales organization. Support the sales managers in all aspects of account maintenance ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quote requests and proposals from Quote tool, for all regions, segment and channels.
- Handle mailbox and document management, ensuring completion of allocated QR by end of day.
- Work collaboratively within the support and broader sales team.
- Respond to underwriters, broker and client’s queries within TAT.
- Build trust and relationships with internal teams and brokers/clients.
- Manage Salesforce, reports and internal calls.
- Actively support other team members and provide resource to enable all team goals to be achieved.
- Design client proposals using product mastery to offer the best suited options.
- Contribute towards building and improvisation of internal processes and guidelines.
- Support sales team and enable them to sell when they are away for meetings.
Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service, striving for first contact resolution.
- Build relations with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefit of the client/broker.

- Working Monday to Friday, ideally in line with UAE and Africa timings.
