We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join a leading luxury furniture and home interiors brand in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role involves building lasting customer relationships, driving showroom sales, and collaborating with the design team to deliver a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, ensuring a personalised and memorable showroom experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets while building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing solutions.
- Promote the brand's interior design services and coordinate appointments and in-home consultations with the design team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Develop strong product knowledge, including the brand's collections, craftsmanship, and design offerings.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support showroom visual merchandising standards, seasonal launches, and overall showroom presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures relating to sales transactions, order processing, and stock management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience , preferably within luxury retail, premium furniture, home interiors, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Flexibility to work in a retail environment, including weekends and shifts as required.
