We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team in Al-Rayyan.
As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service assisting customers with product selection and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock room
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English Arabic language skills is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
