We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Associate to support daily retail operations, assist customers, promote products, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
- Support upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities .
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs .
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and basic complaints professionally.
- Process sales transactions through the POS system .
- Support cash handling, billing, and payment processing.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed, priced, and replenished.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory/store teams.
- Assist with promotions, launches, and in-store campaigns.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current offers.
- Support daily store opening/closing activities as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with good selling and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
- Presentable, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- UAE/GCC retail experience is an advantage.
