Sales Consultant — MOIP AI Video Studio

MOIP is an AI Video Studio creating premium, on-brand video content for ambitious companies. We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Consultant who can build relationships with senior decision-makers, win new business, and develop a strong recurring client portfolio.

This is not a traditional sales role where you close a deal and move on. You’ll build and manage your own book of clients - and the more recurring revenue you create and retain, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach high-potential companies and brands.
• Connect directly with CEOs, CMOs, founders, and senior marketing decision-makers.
• Introduce prospects to MOIP through personalized outreach and custom sample videos.
• Run sales conversations, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Convert qualified prospects into monthly MOIP subscriptions.
• Manage the client relationship after closing.
• Maintain strong relationships, protect recurring revenue, and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Own the full commercial cycle: prospecting -> meeting -> closing -> relationship management -> retention -> growth.
  

Who We’re Looking For

You’re ambitious, commercially minded, and comfortable speaking with senior executives. You know how to build relationships rather than push a product.

You should be:

• Confident communicating with CEOs, CMOs, and founders.
• Strong at consultative B2B sales.
• Persistent with prospecting and follow-up.
• Excellent at relationship and account management.
• Comfortable taking ownership of your own pipeline and client portfolio.
• Motivated by performance and recurring income.
• Interested in AI, video, creative technology, marketing, and the future of content.

Experience selling marketing, creative, media, SaaS, advertising, or professional services is an advantage.

Compensation

Base salary: AED 5,000/month

Plus 10% recurring commission on collected revenue from every client you bring to MOIP and continue to manage. Your commission continues for as long as the qualifying client remains active and generates collected revenue under your management.
