The Ridge Foothill is looking for a Move-In Coordinator / Sales Coordinator who will take full ownership of the move-in journey, creating a seamless, thoughtful, and truly welcoming experience for every new resident and their family.

This is more than coordination; it's about delivering peace of mind. From the first "yes" to move-in day, you'll be the trusted guide ensuring every step feels organized, communicated, and stress-free.

You'll also serve as the central point of communication for the The Ridge at Foothill Leadership team, partnering closely with sales, resident care, dining, maintenance, and community life enrichment to ensure everyone is aligned, informed, and ready to deliver an exceptional move-in experience. Your ability to connect the dots across departments will be key to making each move-in feel effortless and well-orchestrated.

We're looking for someone who is not only highly organized and proactive, but also confident using technology to elevate the experience, whether that's streamlining communication, keeping families informed, or helping residents feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

As our Move-In Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind a smooth and successful move-in experience at our community. You will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents and their families throughout the move-in process 
• Coordinate and manage every step of the move-in journey, ensuring nothing is missed 
• Collect, review, and accurately enter all required documentation into multiple systems 
• Partner with internal teams to ensure each resident's transition is organized, efficient, and welcoming 
• Maintain a deep understanding of our communities, services, and offerings to confidently represent them to prospects and referral sources 
• Anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and create a positive first impression that sets the tone for the resident experience 

What We're Looking For

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail 
• Naturally personable and warm, with strong communication skills 
• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy or composure 
• Comfortable working with systems, paperwork, and timelines 
• Passion for creating a smooth, stress-free experience for seniors and their families 

The pay range is $22 - $25 per hour, depending upon experience, plus participation in a generous per-move-in bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors and team members with excellent customer service skills, a high level of energy and compassion.
• Strong time management skills and customer service skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Creative mindset to 
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written in dealing with team members, residents, family members, co-workers and vendors. 
• Good listening and skills.
• Education: High school diploma. Prefer College degree.
• Be proficient in use of a computer.
• To reduce risk to our residents and team members, we require all employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and any required boosters.
