Role Overview

The company is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales cum Merchandiser for its Ajman outlet. If you have a background in fashion, garments, or clothing merchandising, with a strong understanding of product presentation, customer engagement, and retail sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays in line with company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of merchandise.
- Arrange, organize, and maintain clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales.
- Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of your assigned section.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback to management.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers when required.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Not specified in source posting; minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising, with prior fashion, apparel, garments, or clothing retail experience mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of visual merchandising principles; product knowledge and stock handling.
