They are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to generate qualified opportunities, support the sales team, and help drive new business growth. Key Requirements

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
Qualify inbound enquiries and book discovery meetings.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline growth.
Maintain CRM activity using Salesforce or similar platforms.
Previous SDR, BDR, customer engagement, or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Interest in IoT, SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions.
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
