Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Noida/Jaipur Experience : 2–6 Years - About Aelum Consulting Aelum Consulting is a ServiceNow partner helping enterprises transform workflows through ServiceNow consulting, implementation, platform engineering, and managed services . We work with enterprise organizations across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, BFSI, Technology, and the Public Sector. - The Role As an SDR – Enterprise Sales , you will identify and research target accounts, map decision-makers, and engage prospects across the US, UK, and European markets . You’ll work closely with Account Executives to generate qualified meetings, understand business priorities, and build enterprise pipeline. Research → Engage → Discover → Qualify → SQL → Pipeline This is not a tele calling role. It is focused on strategic prospecting, executive engagement, discovery, and qualification. Key Responsibilities * Research and prospect enterprise accounts across the US, UK & Europe . * Identify decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders. * Identify relevant business and buying triggers. * Execute outbound campaigns through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and event follow-ups . * Create personalized, value-led messaging based on business challenges. * Conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospects based on need, relevance, timing, and intent . * Generate qualified meetings and SQLs for Account Executives. * Maintain accurate activity and meeting records in HubSpot . * Work toward targets for qualified meetings, SQLs, and sourced pipeline . What We’re Looking For * 2–6 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Enterprise Prospecting. * Strong communication, research, prospecting, and discovery skills. * Confidence engaging with CXO-level stakeholders. * Ownership of targets and ability to handle rejection constructively. * Experience with ServiceNow, Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, ITSM/ITOM, or ABM is an advantage.
