ScopeMunsit: outbound pipeline and self-serve account growth
Experience3+ years in an SDR/BDR role, ideally selling a technical or API-based product
What You Will Do
- Build the Outbound Pipeline-Prospect engineering, AI/ML, and product leads at enterprises, government entities, and telecom/contact-center companies across the UAE/GCC evaluating Arabic speech technology.
- Run outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) and book qualified discovery meetings.
- Keep the CRM accurate with clean records, honest stages, and a pipeline number that reflects reality.
Grow the Self-Serve Funnel
- Monitor who's signing up for Munsit's self-serve plan and flag accounts that look bigger than a small month-month plan account.
- Reach out to those accounts directly and start the conversation about what their use case and consumption looks.
- Work with the product/growth side to get visibility into usage, not just billing, so the good accounts don't get missed.
Qualify, Loop In Closers, and Hand Off
- Run first-conversation qualification: what are they building, what's the technical fit, who owns the decision, what's the timeline.
- Bring in the relevant stakeholders once a conversation needs real product depth (accuracy numbers, dialect coverage, integration specifics) or deal finalization.
- Route qualified opportunities to the Senior Sales Manager with enough context that the first real call isn't a cold start.
