Director of Sales, Cladding & Custom Outdoor Living

Mission

Lead the nationwide market development and sales growth of cladding and premium outdoor living custom solutions. Build brand authority through high-end designer channels, establish market presence via landmark projects, develop a quality dealer network, and drive large-scale custom project wins. Hiring skilled players to form a performing team. Establish this business line as a core growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Nationwide Market Development & Sales Target Achievement

• Develop and execute the U.S. market entry strategy, annual sales plan, and channel expansion roadmap for the cladding and custom outdoor living business. Own top-line revenue growth and market share objectives.
• Drive full-cycle sales of large custom projects and siding installations, from early design engagement and proposal development to bidding, quoting, order closure and after-sale support. Build a repeatable project sales methodology.

2. High-End Designer Channel Development & Landmark Projects

• Deeply cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with elite architects, exterior designers, landscape architects, and top-tier design firms across the U.S. Capable of integrating our products into the specifier base of premium projects.
• Proven track record of collaborating with high-end designers and successfully delivering landmark projects is required. Leverage such projects to build brand influence and credibility within the design community.
• Plan and execute exclusive designer events, brand salons, and project showcases to continuously elevate brand recognition and specification rate in the high-end design market.

3. Distributor/Dealer Network Development

• Independently identify, recruit, and manage premium siding-specialized distributors/dealers across U.S. regions where they are not readily exist. Establish dealer qualification standards, enablement programs, and collaborative sales mechanisms to ensure channels are equipped for professional sales and high-end project delivery.
• Drive seamless collaboration between the designer channel and dealer network to create a closed-loop model of "high-end design specification + professional channel fulfillment."

4. Brand & Market Presence

• Lead exhibition strategy at core industry trade shows (e.g., AIA, IBS), with a focus on showcasing siding and premium outdoor living solutions to a curated audience of high-value prospects.
• Continuously produce high-quality landmark project case studies and application content to fuel brand marketing and market communications.

5. Leadership

• Recruit capable personnel to build strong team
• Motivate the team members to raise the productivity
• Mentor the team as needed

Requirements

1. Industry Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in the North American building materials industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to siding, cladding, or building facade products. Deep understanding of product technology, application scenarios, installation systems, and regional building codes across the U.S.
2. High-End Designer Network: Established and immediately activatable relationships with elite designers and top-tier design firms nationwide. Demonstrated success in landing products in high-end residential, boutique commercial, hospitality, and resort projects through designer-led specifications.
3. Project Sales Capability: Full-cycle sales experience on large custom projects. Familiar with the decision-making dynamics of high-end construction projects. Capable of engaging at the conceptual design stage and providing high-value services including material budgeting, design consultation, and technical advisory.
4. National Expansion Capability: Proven experience independently developing markets across the United States. Familiar with regional market characteristics and competitive landscapes, with the ability to formulate and execute differentiated regional sales strategies.
5. Custom Solutions Experience: Experience in premium outdoor living space custom projects, such as exterior cladding systems, outdoor kitchens, deck systems, pergolas, and pool surroundings.

Work Location

• Within the United States
• Extensive Travel: Regular travel required across U.S. regions to visit high-end design firms, distributors, builders, contractors, project sites, and industry events.
