Sales Executive (US Shift) - Press/Media

Your market is America. Your office is in Dubai. Your job is to pick up the phone to US business owners, and turn a call into a signed retainer.

WHO WE ARE

LTV buys and operates profitable businesses across 4 continents.

Our founders have done over $100M in online sales. Their last major acquisition grew 16x in revenue.

• The office is in Dubai Internet City, the fridge is stacked, the snacks are free, and the coffee never runs out.

Smart people, high trust, fast decisions.

AI is not a slide in our deck. It is how we work.

One of our portfolio companies puts brands in the media through a network of 1,500+ outlets. It has delivered 12,400+ placements for 2,600+ brands, and now gets those brands cited by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.

WHO YOU ARE

You have at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally on the phones. This is mandatory. Real targets, real numbers you can show us.

You have sold to US clients before and you know how American business owners like to be spoken to: direct, quick, and to the point.

You are a night owl, or happy to become one. You work the late shift in our Dubai office.

You have sold services, ideally marketing, advertising, media or PR, to business owners and decision-makers.

You hear "no" as the start of the conversation, not the end of it.

You can explain what a paid campaign or a press feature will do for a business, in plain words, in under a minute.

You use AI every day already as a tool that makes your research faster and your pitch sharper.

You are loyal and honest. You never oversell what we can deliver. That matters to us more than your resume.

Excellent spoken English. A neutral or US-friendly accent is a plus.

Two years of selling, a real hunger to close, and showing up for the late shift are non‑negotiable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the US phones. Call business owners and marketing heads across US time zones and open real conversations.

Find the need and close it. Find where a brand is losing attention, leads or reputation. Then sign them to a paid media, marketing or PR retainer that fixes it.

Follow up fast. Reply to every inbound lead while the prospect is still at their desk, not the next morning in Dubai.

Upsell with purpose. Spot when a client is ready for more, like a bigger ad budget, a new channel or a press push, and bring them the offer before they ask.

Own your pipeline. Track every lead, every deal and every conversation in the CRM. You always know who needs a call tonight.

Use AI every day. Research prospects, prep for calls and personalise every follow‑up before you pick up the phone.

Hit your numbers. New deals, upsells and renewals, every month. You will know exactly where you stand.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• Fixed salary plus commission. Every deal and every upsell pays you. The more you collect, the more you earn.
• A product that sells. Paid media and PR that gets measurable results is an easy story to tell on the phone.
• AI as your edge. Better research, sharper pitches, faster follow‑ups than any rep still working from a spreadsheet.
• Direct access to the founders. No layers. Your wins and your blockers go straight to the people deciding.
• Room to grow. We promote results, not years served. Top closers here end up leading the team they joined.
• Backing of the LTV group. The resources of a portfolio across 4 continents, with the pace of a startup.

This is not for everyone. This is a late‑shift phone job, in the office, with a target attached.

A startup moves fast. Priorities change, and nobody hands you a finished script. We give you the direction and expect you to run with it.
