Grow the Agentic OS in the Gulf from our Dubai office, selling to mid-sized and large companies across the region.

The Gulf moves fast on AI. What companies here rarely get is agents running in production, measured against a number. We have an office in Dubai and clients in the region, and you’ll be our commercial presence on the ground. You’ll meet the companies, run the first call, and hand a qualified client to the Diagnostic with a clear number on the table. You’ll work directly with the founder, and your targets are tied to setups closed, not meetings held.

What your week looks like

• Build and work your own pipeline across the UAE and the wider Gulf: operations, finance and customer service leaders in mid-sized and large companies.
• Run first calls and meetings in person: understand how the work gets done today, where it breaks, and roughly what fixing it is worth.
• Prepare the Diagnostic handover, so our Solutions Lead and engineers start the first workshop already knowing the client’s systems, people and goals.
• Keep every deal, note and next step in HubSpot, so the forecast is one we can plan on.
• Review the pipeline with the founder every week, and bring in an engineer when a deal needs one.
• Represent us at the events, chambers of commerce and partner meetings where our clients are.

What success looks like

• In your first 90 days, you know the offer well enough to run a first call on your own, and you have a pipeline you trust.
• After that, a steady flow of Diagnostics booked and setups signed, against targets we set together.
• Clients who tell us the first call was useful, even when they didn’t buy.
• A HubSpot that tells the truth: every deal current, every loss explained.

What you bring

• 3+ years in B2B sales in the UAE or the wider Gulf, selling software, services or consulting, with deals you sourced and closed yourself.
• You are at ease in a room with a COO or a CFO, and you know how larger companies in the region decide.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Arabic is a plus.
• Discipline with the unglamorous parts: follow-ups, notes, a CRM that is always up to date.
• Curiosity about AI agents. You don’t need to build them, but you do need to know what they can and can’t do.
• Based in Dubai and working from our office, with client meetings across the city and the region.

Nice to have

• A network among decision makers in family groups, holding companies or government-related entities.
• You have sold to logistics, retail, real estate or professional services in the region.
• You already plan your week in HubSpot or another CRM.
