Job Description
We are a reputed Direct Selling Agent DSA representing leading banks in the UAE We are urgently looking for energetic target-driven and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi If you have a passion for sales and want to maximize your earning potential through an aggressive incentive structure we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales: Identify approach and pitch financial products Credit Cards Personal Loans Business Loans to potential retail and corporate customers
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling field visits networking and references
- Customer Advisory: Understand client financial needs and recommend the right banking products while ensuring excellent customer service
- Documentation: Collect accurate documentation from clients and ensure seamless coordination with the bank s credit team for smooth processing and approvals
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE financial sector Banking DSA Credit Cards or Loans
- Location: Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately
- Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in English Arabic or Hindi Urdu is a strong advantage
- Mindset: Highly motivated target-oriented and comfortable with outdoor field sales
- Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be given preference
