Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

Sales Executive (B2B) - Lunasol, Dubai

Dubai, Business Bay | Full-time | Office-based

AED 14,000-25,000/month (base salary + high commission, depending on performance)

Lunasol is a Dubai-based company. We run social media, video production, paid ads, SEO and AI visibility (GEO) for businesses in the UAE. We have 10+ active clients, the team is growing and we are hiring a salesperson who can sell and think like a marketer at the same time.

What you will do

• Take meetings with leads booked by our outreach team and close them
• Find and bring in your own clients: restaurants, salons, clinics, hotels, real estate, service businesses, anyone who wants customers in Dubai
• Understand what the client actually wants to achieve and propose the right plan: social media, video, ads, SEO, GEO or a mix. If the client's idea will not bring results, you say so and offer a better one
• Prepare offers, send the Service Order, follow up until it is signed
• Hand the signed client over to our operations team and stay close to the client as the account grows

Requirements

• Proven sales experience. You have closed deals yourself and can show results
• Real marketing experience. You have planned marketing strategies, you understand how social media works (content, reach, what makes a profile grow), you know the basics of paid ads and SEO. You do not need to execute it, but you need to understand it well enough to advise a business owner
• Very good English, spoken and written
• You live in Dubai. This is an office job with in-person client meetings, not a remote role
• Comfortable talking to business owners on the phone, on WhatsApp and face to face

Salary

• Base salary + high commission on every deal you close
• Average monthly income: AED 14,000 to 25,000+, depending on your results
• Full-time, Dubai

• You have sales experience but have never done marketing. You will not be able to advise clients, and here that is the job
• You have marketing experience but have never sold. You will not hit the numbers
• You wait for leads to come to you. Finding clients yourself is part of this role
• You need a script for every conversation. Clients ask real questions about their business and expect real answers
• You want a fixed salary with no pressure on results. A big part of your income here is commission
• You want to work remotely
• You stop after one follow-up
