Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Consultant – Outdoor to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE outdoor sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The role will focus on developing business opportunities, building strong relationships with kitchen dealers and other relevant customers, promoting company products, and driving sales growth across the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit kitchen dealers and other customers according to the assigned weekly schedule.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with kitchen dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape design companies, outdoor furniture stores, and other potential customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through appointments, referrals, and cold calling.
• Encourage and support dealers in displaying company products.
• Conduct product presentations and provide customers and dealers with relevant product information.
• Educate dealers on company policies, catalogues, price lists, products, and promotions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed profiles of dealer companies, key personnel, and individual contacts.
• Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Negotiate with potential and existing customers to successfully close sales.
• Collect LPOs and coordinate sales orders with the relevant internal departments.
• Track product deliveries, returns, exchanges, and order status.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collect cheques from customers.
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, activities, and market conditions.
• Research market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, sales activities, and dealer information.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to improve sales results and resource allocation.
• Coordinate customer visits and appointments with the Sales Director where required.
• Ensure dealers meet the company's financial credibility requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant outdoor sales experience in the UAE.
• Egyptian nationality.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience in sales involving kitchen dealers, outdoor products, furniture, building materials, interior/design products, or related sectors will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong business development and lead-generation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage frequent outdoor client visits.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and customer base.
