Sales Lead - International

About Newtral

Newtral builds Noa, an AI compliance platform for global enterprises. Factories, refineries and conglomerates carry thousands of live regulatory obligations across permits, hazardous waste authorisations, emissions monitoring and statutory disclosure. Most of it still runs on spreadsheets, consultants and the memory of one overworked compliance manager.

Noa maps a company's real operations to whatever regulation applies, keeps the evidence audit-ready, and becomes the system of record for compliance truth inside the enterprise. Not a dashboard. The place the answer lives when a regulator asks.

We work with Global enterprise customers across 7 countries, including Godrej Group, Nayara Energy, Aldar, Dangote, Wockhardt, Nykaa and Jindal Saw. We are backed by Stanford Seed, NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore, NOW Ventures and Nasscom.

The Role

You will own Newtral's revenue outside India.

How that gets built is partly yours to define. Some of it will come through partners who already sit inside compliance, audit and advisory relationships in their own markets. Some of it you will close yourself. We have evidence that both routes work, and we are hiring the person with the judgement to decide where their time is best spent rather than handing them a script.

You will prioritise:

• Opening markets. Finding the route into a country or region and building the relationships that make the next deal easier than the last one.
• Closing enterprise business. Full-cycle work with large industrial, energy, real estate and manufacturing groups. Long cycles, multiple stakeholders, real procurement.
• Building the function. Establishing how international sales runs here, from the first playbook to the systems and, in time, the team behind it.

What you bring

• 5+ years selling enterprise software or compliance services, including at least two full enterprise cycles you owned end to end outside your home market
• Either a strong direct enterprise closing record or a track record of building revenue through partners and channels.
• Experience selling to industrial buyers: plant and operations leadership, EHS, compliance and risk functions, CFO offices
• A self-directed operator, comfortable building your own process and structure rather than inheriting one
• Strong instincts for which customer feedback is worth carrying back to the product team
• Willingness to travel across your region

Regulatory or compliance domain knowledge is a strong plus. It is not a substitute for enterprise closing experience.

Why this role

We already have paying enterprise customers across seven countries. The product works and the proof exists. We are now building the international distribution to match it, and this role leads that effort. It is a rare opportunity to shape how a company enters new markets rather than inheriting a route someone else drew.

You will work closely with the founding team, with visibility into how the business is built and a genuine voice in how we approach new markets.

Compensation is competitive, with a meaningful variable component.
