We are actively hiring for Sales Representatives (ASR), Agency Development Managers (ADM), and Sales Leadership opportunities supporting our offices in Union, NJ and Garden City, Long Island .

Sales Leadership Opportunities – Focus on:

• Recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals
• Mentoring and supporting new and experienced team members
• Conducting field training and joint sales appointments
• Leading sales meetings, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Building relationships with local business owners and community leaders
• Driving business growth through business-to-business employee benefits solutions

Sales Representative (ASR) – Focus on:

• Building relationships with local business owners and employees
• Helping clients identify benefit solutions that fit their needs
• Supporting enrollments in voluntary and core employee benefits
• Developing new business while maintaining long-term client relationships
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Recommended Experience & Skills

• Sales, business development, management, or leadership experience preferred
• B2B sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Life & Health Insurance License is not required to apply. We will support and guide you through the licensing process to help you obtain your license.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to grow professionally while helping others succeed
