About the Role

Dabur International is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Emerging Markets to drive business growth across selected international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing distributor networks identifying new business opportunities and achieving revenue and profitability targets across assigned territories.

This role requires a commercially focused sales professional with proven experience managing FMCG businesses across Emerging Markets particularly within Thailand Vietnam or Philippines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue profitability and market share objectives across assigned emerging markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors channel partners and key customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand Dabur's market presence.
• Drive distributor performance through regular business reviews sales planning forecasting and execution.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Demand Planning to ensure effective execution.
• Prepare annual business plans sales forecasts budgets and periodic performance reports.
• Ensure achievement of sales KPIs while maintaining healthy inventory levels and distributor profitability.
• Conduct regular market visits to support distributor development trade activation and customer engagement.
• Maintain strong commercial governance and ensure compliance with company policies and regional business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Indian origin preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG sales international sales export sales or regional business management.
• Proven experience managing business across one or more of the following markets:
  • China
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam
  • Philippines
  • Fiji (preferred where applicable)
• Demonstrated experience managing distributor and channel partner networks.
• Experience handling annual business turnover of approximately AED 10 million or more.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning forecasting negotiations and business development.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned international markets.
