Position: Sales Manager
Salary: $1100 USD/month
Location: Ar-Ruwais, Nepal (open to foreigners and English-speaking candidates)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives Manage and train the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal) Nepali national preferred but open to foreigners with relevant work experienceThis is a full-time role with competitive salary package including benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
