THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is equal parts revenue engine and people leader. Someone who does not wait to be told what the target is — they have already reverse-engineered it, built the funnel plan, and started coaching the team before the month begins.

This is not a role for someone who manages from spreadsheets. This is a role for someone who lifts teams and moves numbers.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Revenue delivery — monthly, quarterly, and annually. No ambiguity.
• Own the P&L of your team's book of business
• Drive margin through intelligent product mix planning
• Coach, mentor, and build a team of high-performing travel consultants
• Run structured weekly reviews with each consultant on targets and gaps
• Funnel discipline — you know the numbers before the dashboard does
• Build monthly funnel plans with clear conversion benchmarks
• Identify leakage points and fix them proactively
• Client experience during the sales cycle
• Step in on escalations and complex client negotiations
• Model the consultative selling approach your team must follow
• Destination expertise — build your team's travel knowledge continuously
• Run learning sessions on products, destinations, and sales pitches

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years in a revenue delivery role with consistent quota achievement
• Minimum 2 years leading a team of 4 or more sales professionals
• Strong command of funnel metrics, conversion rates, and sales dashboards
• Proven ability to do margin planning and manage product mix for revenue optimization
• Experience handling client escalations without losing the deal or the relationship
• Self-starter mentality — you find the problem before being told about it
• Travel industry background is a strong plus — not mandatory, but valued
• High EQ: you lead people, not just processes
