Sales Manager

Role Summary:

Spicetel is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead its Telecom Modern Trade operations across the UAE. The role involves managing a geographically dispersed field sales team driving outlet productivity developing frontline leadership maintaining retail-partner relationships and ensuring ethical and compliant sales practices.

• Deliver monthly sales revenue productivity and quality targets.
  
• Lead coach and monitor Team Managers and Sales Executives.
  
• Conduct regular market and outlet visits across the UAE.
  
• Develop outlet-level performance and recovery plans.
  
• Manage staffing deployment attendance retention and succession requirements.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with telecom-principal and retail-partner representatives.
  
• Monitor customer complaints claw backs mis-selling and compliance risks.
  
• Prepare performance dashboards and present action plans to senior management.
  
• Coordinate with Operations HR Finance and other support functions.
  
• Build a performance-oriented ethical and sustainable sales culture.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 02 years of managerial experience in GCC Modern Trade preferably within UAE telecom sales.
  
• Proven experience managing a large multi-location field sales team.
  
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving staff productivity.
  
• Strong knowledge of retail sales operations performance management customer experience and compliance controls.
  
• Strong analytical coaching communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
