Are you an experienced sales leader ready to make a significant impact across the Middle East market We are working on behalf of a leading international organisation to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of capital equipment sales across the region.

This senior leadership role is key to driving business growth and market expansion overseeing a highperforming sales team and developing strategic customer partnerships across multiple territories including Turkey and the wider Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a regional sales team with a strong customerfirst approach
• Take full ownership of annual sales targets budgets and performance plans
• Strengthen market presence through proactive territory management and strategic growth initiatives
• Work closely with sales agents and partners across key geographical locations
• Drive pipeline development customer engagement and sales conversion across all product lines
• Deliver accurate forecasting reporting and client quotations in line with business processes
• Build seniorlevel relationships with key customers and partners
• Continuously monitor market activity competitor trends and identify growth opportunities
• Foster a highperformance culture focused on development accountability and results
• Ensure alignment with internal policies governance and compliance standards

What Were Looking For:

• Proven track record in a B2B capital equipment or technical solution sales environment
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing crossregional sales teams
• Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial
• Highly adaptable commercially astute and driven to exceed targets
• Culturally aware and experienced in Middle East market dynamics
