Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Malayalee Preferred)
We are a leading company in Al-Rayyan and we are urgently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
- Train and manage sales team members to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (preferably in Qatar)
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve their targets
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
