Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month and accommodation provided.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry (English speaking markets)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
