Sales Manager | Automotive OEM Sales

We're looking for a Sales Manager with 7-10 years of experience in direct OEM sales to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead customer engagements, drive business acquisition, negotiate strategic contracts, and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

Drive New Business Growth

• Lead RFQ and quotation activities for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Finance.
• Support Offer Board reviews, costing workshops, and volume planning activities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable business awards.

Manage Customer & Project Commercials

• Serve as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal teams.
• Support project execution and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Maintain sales milestones and contribute to successful project launches.

Lead Change Management & Contract Administration

• Manage customer change requests and commercial amendments.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations related to engineering and commercial changes.
• Drive recovery of claims related to material price increases, volume changes, surcharges, tooling updates, and other contractual matters.

Deliver Market & Business Insights

• Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities.
• Support competitive pricing strategies and business growth initiatives.
• Provide valuable market intelligence to the organization.

Own Commercial Performance

• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, provisions, and amortization tracking.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or General Management (preferred)
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Direct OEM Sales
• Strong understanding of automotive business processes and project-based sales
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience in costing, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract management
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication abilities
