Sales Manager vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar Sales Manager (English speaking) - Ar-Ruwais, UAE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing them with training and guidance to ensure their success. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Manage a team of sales representatives, providing them with coaching and training Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's products/services Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Knowledgeable in market research, data analysis, and forecasting Willingness to travel as needed We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission.
