Sales Manager (English Speaking)We are a growing company in Al-Khor and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong background in sales. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry Fluent in English (both written and verbal)Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Familiarity with CRM software is preferred We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance.
