Sales Manager - Abu-Dhabi
As a Sales Manager in Abu-Dhabi, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and has excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry
- Train and motivate sales team members to improve their performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
