Our company, located in Sharjah, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee or Nepali speaker with a strong command of English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, contract-based environment. This is a commission-based role with a starting salary of $1700.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage and motivate sales team
• Analyze sales data and report on performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent in Malayalam or Nepali, with excellent English communication skills
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mentality with a focus on achieving targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
