Location: Remote, Delhi/NCR strongly preferred (in-person client meetings required) Role Type: Individual Contributor — a hands-on hunting and closing role, not a team-management role Experience: 3–8 years selling advertising, media, or ad-tech solutions to brands and agencies Compensation: ₹8–18 LPA fixed (calibrated to experience, network, and closure track record) + uncapped performance-linked commissions and bonuses tied directly to closed business. Exceptional candidates with proven agency/brand relationships can expect the top of the band — or beyond.

This is a pure sales role. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close — every week. If you are looking for account management, marketing, campaign operations, or a team-lead position, this is not the role. If you have never sold advertising or marketing technology to a brand or agency decision-maker, please do not apply.
What is Social Gear?
Social Gear is a unified advertising platform that lets brands and agencies run their advertising from one interface instead of juggling disconnected tools — spanning Creator Marketing, Display, Email, Connected TV, Programmatic, and Digital Campaign Management. The backend is propelled by Amazon, Google, and other open exchanges, with targeting down to ZIP-code level — local, hyperlocal, national, and global — including territory-based and multicultural targeting.
Our sharpest edge today is Creator Marketing : we help brands discover relevant creators, verify authenticity, and execute campaigns that perform.
And we own something almost no competitor can claim: LYKSTAGE , our own premium video streaming platform with Connected TV inventory across Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung TV, LG TV, and Android/Google TV. When you sell Social Gear, you are selling owned premium inventory — transparency and placements resellers simply cannot match.
Social Gear serves advertisers across India, the US, UK, Canada, UAE, and Singapore.
What you will own
Hunt and close new brands, advertisers, and agencies across India
Run virtual product demos; meet clients in person to build trust and close
Map client marketing objectives to the right Social Gear solutions
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, your network, referrals, and partnerships
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, close deals
Grow closed accounts into long-term revenue relationships
Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets — consistently
The filters — strict, on purpose
You should apply only if all of the following are true:
→ 3–8 years of B2 B sales in Advertising, Media, Ad Tech, Mar Tech, or Digital Marketing. General Saa S or IT services sales without advertising exposure does not qualify.
→ You have personally sold to Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, CMOs, Media Buyers, or Agency Owners — and can name deals you closed with them.
→ You have a verifiable track record of hitting or beating targets. We will ask for specifics.
→ You can generate your own pipeline. No inbound leads will be handed to you in month one.
→ You are self-driven in a remote setup and willing to travel for client meetings whenever needed.
A strong added advantage: existing relationships with advertisers or agencies; experience selling Influencer/Creator Marketing, Programmatic, or CTV solutions; familiarity with platforms such as The Trade Desk, Pub Matic, DV360, or Amazon DSP from the buy side.
How success is measured
