Salary: TBD Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and direct client engagement. Identify and pursue relevant Government and Semi-Government tenders and manpower opportunities. Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing and manpower outsourcing contracts. Develop existing accounts through renewals, extensions, cross-selling, and additional manpower requirements. Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular management reports. Achieve agreed sales, revenue, client acquisition, and business development KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Manpower Outsourcing in Qatar 8 to 10 years of overall experience in Sales / Business Development Strong Qatar market experience is required Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets. Strong existing network and client relationships across sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Key Competencies:
