We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah . The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, patient engagement, brand promotion, and business growth within the healthcare and cosmetic industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient inquiries.
- Promote hospital services including hair, skin, dental, and aesthetic treatments.
- Handle patient leads, follow-ups, and consultation coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and offline marketing activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the creative and digital marketing team for branding activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in healthcare, cosmetic, or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and generate quality leads.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing tools preferred.
- Fluency in English required (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
