Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator

FUNCO is looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator

This is a hands-on role for someone who can coordinate day-to-day business activities, support sales and marketing execution, monitor team performance and ensure that priorities and assigned tasks are followed through to completion.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, e-commerce and operations teams to improve productivity, accountability and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Business Development

• Monitor sales enquiries, leads, customer visits, quotations, follow-ups and order progress.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups and progress towards targets.
• Track opportunities, pending actions and potential business delays.

Marketing & E-commerce Coordination

• Coordinate digital marketing activities, promotional campaigns, product listings and marketing materials.
• Follow up on website updates, social media content, online enquiries and e-commerce activities.
• Ensure marketing plans and assigned activities are implemented on schedule.

Team & Operations Coordination

• Convert management instructions into clear tasks, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Coordinate daily activities across relevant departments and team members.
• Conduct routine follow-ups, monitor task completion and highlight delays or issues requiring management attention.
• Maintain task trackers, reports, meeting records and performance dashboards.
• Support coordination between sales, design, accounts, logistics, suppliers and other internal functions.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily activity updates and weekly performance reports.
• Monitor agreed KPIs, sales pipeline progress, task completion and marketing execution.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Ensure accountability, consistency and effective communication across the team.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, business operations or a similar commercial support role.
• Strong organisational, planning and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes, customer management and business development activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce and online sales activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple priorities, work independently and maintain attention to detail.
• Proactive, disciplined, solution-oriented and comfortable working directly with senior management.

Experience in trading, retail, e-commerce, educational products, toys, hospitality or other B2B/B2C businesses would be an advantage.
