We are looking for a proactive Sales Merchandiser to support product visibility, stock availability, and sales performance across retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores as per route plan.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished.
- Maintain shelf availability and avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Support promotions and in-store sales activities.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Check product expiry, rotation, and presentation.
- Build good relationships with store staff.
- Monitor competitor activity and share basic market feedback.
- Maintain POS materials and merchandising standards.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly sales and stock reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales merchandising, retail, FMCG, or field sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and merchandising.
- Target-driven and willing to visit multiple outlets.
- UAE retail/FMCG experience is an advantage.
