Job Description: Coined One is hiring - Sales officer Location

Full-time in Dubai (or Abu Dhabi/Sharjah)

About the Role

We are hiring directly for our Dubai team. This position focuses on B2B corporate sales within the banking/commercial sector. You will manage B2B client accounts, develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and close commercial deals in the UAE. We are seeking candidates who are currently in the UAE with 2+ years of pure B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B corporate prospects in the UAE
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at mid-market and corporate clients
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
• Present, negotiate, and close large, complex commercial deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
• Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and activities
• Maintain accurate account and contact information in the CRM
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking, regulatory, and internal policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of pure B2B sales experience in the UAE (commercial sales, corporate banking, or related fields)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
• UAE-based candidates preferred; candidates currently in the UAE will be given priority
